I.A. O’Shaughnessy Center
When I. A. O’Shaughnessy Center spaces are not being used by WTC,
they are available for rent by other community
organizations, businesses and individuals.
Dance and yoga classes, recitals, slide shows, films, speakers, public forums,
and school and chamber events are just a
few of the activities held here. The O’Shaughnessy Center spaces that may be available
for rent are the Green Room, the Lobby or the full Theatre
(the main theatre with 328 fixed seats, the lobby, the green room, 2
dressing rooms and facility restrooms).

In addition to space rental, Whitefish Theatre Company offers rental of Theatre Company lighting, sound, audio visual equipment and can provide a WTC approved technician for equipment setup and operation. WTC can provide a raised stage, additional seating, a podium, folding tables and staffing assistance to meet renter’s needs.
Whitefish Theatre Co and the City of Whitefish require renters obtain their own liability insurance (with liquor liability rider if alcohol will be served). The renter’s certificate of insurance must be on file with WTC before the scheduled event.
Full Day Rental - $500
½ day (from 4pm) - $300
Lobby only - $150
Dance Studio/Green Room - $25/hr $175/day (8am-midnight)
- annual contracts 20% discount;
- monthly contracts 15% discount
Conference Room - $20/hr $50 ½ day; $100/day (8am-midnight)
For Profit Groups: Basic Charge
Full Day Rental - $700 ($500 for ½ day beginning at 4pm)
½ day (beginning @ 4pm) - $500
Receptions/Parties - $1800 (includes professional cleaning; does not include room set up, equipment or tech fees
Lobby only - $200
Dance Studio/Green Room - $30/hr $190/day
